1. About TallyHub

TallyHub is an online classifieds and community platform. We provide the technology that lets users advertise and discover goods, accommodation, jobs, services, events, vehicles and education opportunities in the UK.

We are not a party to any transaction. We are not an employer, landlord, letting agent, escrow provider, bank, financial adviser or immigration adviser.

2. Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to post a listing. You must provide accurate information and only advertise items, property, services and opportunities you are legally entitled to advertise.

You are solely responsible for your listings, your messages and any agreement you enter into with another user.

3. Prohibited content

You may not advertise illegal, stolen, counterfeit or unsafe items or services; weapons; drugs; adult or sexual services; fraudulent financial schemes; fake documents; visa or Certificate of Sponsorship sales; or anything that discriminates against or harasses others.

We may remove any listing and suspend any account at our discretion.

4. Moderation and approval

Listings are reviewed before publication. Approval does not mean we have verified the advertiser, the item, the property or the opportunity.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TallyHub is not liable for losses arising from dealings between users, including scams, faulty goods, tenancy disputes or employment issues. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
