Privacy Policy

TallyHub provides immigration updates, guides and a visa reminder tool. We keep the amount of personal data we hold to the minimum needed to run the service.

What we store

If you create an account we store your email address and an encrypted password (or, if you sign in with Google, the account identifier Google provides). If you save visa details, we store the destination, visa type, expiry date and any notes you add.

How we use it

Your account data is used to show you your own visa expiry countdown. If you separately join the mailing list, we use the name and email you submit to send immigration updates. We do not sell your data.

If you leave a review, we store the display name, rating and experience you provide alongside your account. We check reviews before publishing them. Once approved, your display name, rating and review are visible to visitors; your account email is not displayed.

Your control

You can update or clear your visa details from your dashboard. If you want your account removed entirely, contact us and we will delete it along with all associated records.

Security

Accounts and data are held in a managed database with access rules that restrict every record to the user who created it.

We may update this policy as the service develops. The version shown here is the current one.
